2. Not an Insurance Carrier Flagship Cover is not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, or underwriter. We are a media and technology company that connects consumers with insurance providers. We do not issue insurance contracts, bind coverage, or guarantee that a specific carrier will provide you with a quote. Any insurance policy you purchase is between you and the insurance provider.

3. TCPA Consent & Telemarketing By submitting your information on this Website, you expressly consent to receive marketing communications from us and our Network Partners via autodialer, pre-recorded voice, and SMS text message to the phone number provided. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. Carriers are not responsible for messages. 6. Governing Law All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
